Kallie's Posters Again

I been noticing that I have been dominating this blog excessively all day.
Sorry guys.
I decided to scratch the old images, and replace them with polaroids that I made.  They feel a little more personal to me at least.  It's getting there...
I am curious what others think in the class too.

And a question: comma after the first text or not? And does it bother people to see "Doesn't" capitalized in the 2nd part?

there is a major typo on the top one kallie and i think you should definitely drop the period at the end of the first half and drop the caps on the first word of the second half.

looks really good though

Hey thanks. Yes, I noticed that too.

Yes, no comma and no cap on the second half. I love the photos. They are working much better to draw the eye in. Good work. Keep working with your spacing. Right now everything feels too weighted to the left hand side of the page.

These are much, much better.

One question. Does it make more sense to make the laundry line "Just because I don't sort my laundry"

As opposed to "don't know how to sort my laundry?"

The polaroids are great, and feel much better with this idea.

I might also use contractions such as "doesn't" and "I'm" because of your audience and the voice this is in. It feels a bit formal without them.

Lastly, the first image for the midterm doesn't feel contemporary or of the same set as your other 2 images. It's too apparent it's from a private school, from the past, and features kids that aren't of voting age.

The rest of your images are great.

Nice work!

I agree that I really like the using photography instead of the illustrations, its stronger and grabs my attention

One last comment:

I'd take "to" off "to vote" and add it to the end of your paragraph.

Then, Vote becomes the call to action, and connects to "Just because" by size and color.
